Florida was very fun! We went to museums, beaches, parks, and even got on a dinner cruise!

The first thing I want to talk about is the beaches. I loved the beaches, because I could swim in the water during winter! Also, the sand felt super nice to the point I could take a nap in it. Another thing was the seashells. They were super beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like about them, is that they were everywhere! And, if you tried to walk or run, they would hurt your feet.

The second thing I want to talk about is the museums. My favorite museum was the Glazer Children’s Museum. There were many activities and things to do at this museum. There were several parts, including a city, water processor, dinosaur display, and grocery store. Out of all of them, the water section was my favorite. You could play around in the water, and there was a tube to throw balls in. Additionally, you could learn how to drive a boat! Hands down, that was my favorite.

Another place that I visited was the The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature. It was more like a see and observe museum than a play one. The museum was alright. It talked about prehistoric things (such as the megalodon), what people did, and what they wore.  The planetarium really caught my attention. The screening covered various universes and was narrated by Tom Hanks. That one was probably my favorite.

Now, I’ll talk about the botanical gardens and the park. The botanical garden was fun. It had a lot of plants to look at, a play area, and some animals. I even saw a baby alligator! The garden was very good, but the thing I hated about it was that there was sooooooooooooo much walking! By the time we were done, my feet and legs were sore.

I went to a park on the Bradenton Riverwalk. It was so windy! The sun was shining and it looked very nice. I even took some pictures. I liked this park very much.

Now, we can finally talk about the dinner cruise. The cruise was probably my favorite thing in Florida. The first thing we did was eat. The food was delicious. They had pasta and it was outstanding! The second thing we did was go on top of the cruise. The site was very lovely and the buildings in the dark looked very nice. This was probably my favorite thing on the cruise. The 3rd thing we did was dance. Dancing was probably my least favorite, because I don’t think I’m a good dancer. I just moved my arms and legs to the music. After the cruise, we went home and took a nap.
